Data-driven 3D bar chart

Build a single-file Three.js page that renders the following data as a 3D bar chart: rows are months, columns are three service lines (Helpdesk, Projects, Security), values are hours. Requirements: labeled axes using sprite or CSS2D text; bars colored per service line with a legend; hover highlights a bar and shows a tooltip with month, line and value; gentle camera intro animation then OrbitControls; a "Sort by total" button that animates bars into sorted month order; resize handling; expose window.__xobench.setCamera(angleDeg). Return the complete file in one code block.
